Returns Policy and Cancellations

If you wish to return or cancel your order before we have dispatched your items, you can notify us by email sales@kestronics.co.uk or telephone +44 (0) 1727 812 222 

Where goods have already been dispatched, you may return any unwanted items within 14 days of receipt, as long as they remain unopened, and in original packaging. Faulty items may be retuned within 30 day of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning items will be the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of the goods we will issue a full refund of the amount paid, or an exchange credit as required.

The rights to return the goods will not apply in the following circumstances:

a) in the event that the product has been used
b) in the event that the items are not returned in the original packaging, and in a reasonable condition
c) in the event that the operational manuals are not returned with the goods
d) in the event that the goods are custom manufactured to an agreed customer specification in the case of software, audio or visual products, where the packaging has been unsealed.

Returned items or cancelled orders will not affect your statutory rights.
